The Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M.)
cannot void your equipment warranty for using Non-OEM cartridges. The brand of
supplies you purchase is your decision. You are not required by any machine
manufacturers warranty to use only its brand. Our cartridges are manufactured
and guaranteed to work within the tolerances and specifications of your machine.
In fact, there are laws preventing manufacturers from doing just that. Please
take a moment and read the Magnuson-Moss warranty Improvement Act. We feel this
is very important for you to understand, we would not want to see you taken
advantage of.

The letters on the end of the product name actually indicates the amount of ink that a Hewlett Packard OEM cartridge contains. Regardless of the letter at the end, the physical cartridges are exactly the same.
Please check your
cartridge number and see if you can find the number on our site. If you still do not see
your printer listed, please Contact Us at info@1800emart.com.
Because some cartridges fit as many as
40 different printers, there is simply not enough space on the box to list each compatible model.
If the product numbers on the box match the cartridge number on your old cartridge, then you have the right one.
Please check to see if
you removed the protection tape on the cartridge.
Always install the printer software that comes with the printer. Using the
software that comes with the printer, clean the print heads. For best
results repeat two or three times. Make sure that the printer is set for
"Best Quality" under the printer settings. This applies to all inkjet
printers.
Take the cartridge and cover the print head with a damp cloth and shake the
cartridge. Then take the same damp cloth and place the print head on the
damp cloth and swipe the cartridge to make sure all the colors appear on the
damp cloth. (This is the same for the black & color cartridges.)
Take a picture that only contains the color missing and print the document.
This will cause the cartridge to push more ink onto the paper when printing that
particular color.
